MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Balogun Olufemi – MBA, ACA, ACCM

Balogun Olufemi is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in Auditing and Taxation matters.

He was the Finance Manager of Robicon Aluminium Extrusion Limited till 2004 before he joined Ade, Adebambo Adelalu & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as a Tax Partner. He is now a Principal Partner of OLUFEMI BALOGUN & CO.

Mr. Balogun participated in many audit and taxation assignments of both Federal, State and Local Government establishments. He is an astute trainer who has been involved in many training sessions.

Charles Omojola Akinboni (Bsc. Hons), FCA

Mr. Charles Omojola Akinboni is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a holder of Bachelor Degree in Economics and Qualified in 1975.

He worked with Spencer Thirwel & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Balogun Ayanfalu Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and now an Associate Partner Olufemi Balogun & Co.

He is a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience.

Chief Joshua Kayode Adedun (BSc., MBA)

Chief Joshua Kayode Adedun attended Svetozar Makovic University, Kragujevac, Yugoslavia and obtained BSc. in Accounting and MBA from Kensington University, USA.

He is a member of Association of Company and Commercial Accountants of Nigeria.

He had served Vegetable Oil Nigeria Ltd as the company Accountant in 1980, Primus Investment & Finance Company as the Head Accounts/Admin. He later joined Ruku & Associates as a Coordinating Partner where he coordinated the Debts Recovery Department. He is one of the Associate Partners of Olufemi Balogun & Co.

Mr. Adesoye Adekanmi – , ACA, AMNIM

Mr. Adesoye Adekanmi is a Partner of the firm. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria (NIM). He is also a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic Lagos State (LASPOTECH) Isolo (1989). He did his articleship with Babatunde Sorinwa & co, where he was exposed to accounting/taxation practices before joining Maaji Consultants (Chartered Accountants). He later joined Ade, Adebambo Adelalu & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and resigned as the Audit/Tax Manager to become an Associate Partner of OLUFEMI BALOGUN & CO.
